Ericka Kelly is an educator, a writer, an instructional designer, eLearning developer, project manager, podcaster, trainer and more. She loves brainstorming and applying her knowledge of learning and human performance theories and instructional design to real-world problems.  Her expertise is in Instructional Design, Addie Model, web-based course development, training analytics, LMS, technical writing, and online facilitation.   The key strengths she brings to the table are excellent written/verbal communication skills, collaboration skills, project management, and content creation proficiency.  She has a collaborative mindset with an intentional interest and effort in embracing multiple perspectives.

She is passionate about lifelong learning and using technology to create learning experiences that are fun and engaging.  

Skills and specialties include course design utilizing: Articulate Rise, Camtasia, LMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
